The device works on the principle of anodic oxidation. Passage of a small current in water produces active oxygen thereby destroying the micro-organisms. The equipment consists of a chemical reactor cell powered through DC current or 22 V AC supply. The instrument can be preset to threshold energy level and for required treatment time.
