The process utilizes multi-component wastes. The cement has superior properties like cohesiveness, water retentivity, bond strength etc. It is about 30% cheaper than OPC; saves 12% cement used in mortar in place of OPC. Useful in masonry mortar, plastering and redering under normal as well as marine environment in place of OPC. It conforms to IS:3466-1988.
