Unique Features Of The Solution/equipment - How Is It Different Than What Is Available In The Market:

Conventional method of construction does not fully utilise the structural potential of the brick. The wall thickness can be reduced substantially since the load can be partly transferred to the brick columns which are integrated part of the wall. The system proposes the use of 11.5 cm brick wall with 23x23 cm columns built together. The roof is built by using prefabricated brick panel system in which RCC joists are supported on the columns. Adding sun-dried brick wall inside the building can make the house thermally comfortably. The system provides 30-35% saving in overall construction cost.
