Unique Features Of The Solution/equipment - How Is It Different Than What Is Available In The Market:

The technology comprises of categorisation of rural roads based on minimum acceptable serviceability levels, a simple strength index for evaluating sub-grades, design curves for two categories of rural roads based on traffic and strength indices, low cost and labour intensive construction techniques, maintenance practices, an animal drawn road roller and water bowser for rural road construction. Design thickness of roads is determined from the evolved design curves.
