Unique Features Of The Solution/equipment - How Is It Different Than What Is Available In The Market:

The filler blocks are 110 mm thick and 260 mm x 560 mm at top and taper down at bottom using non-autoclaved cellular concrete containing flyash up to 75%. Reinforcement is provided in the space between the filler blocks. The slab is cast with M15 grade cement concrete. A slab can span up to 4.5 m. Its use effects saving of 17-25% in overall cost compared to conventional RC slabs.
