Unique Features Of The Solution/equipment - How Is It Different Than What Is Available In The Market:

The developed strains of Mycobacterium are used in therapeutic applications including tuberculosis and cancer.C-di-AMP enhances the induction of Type I IFN in subjects as well as several pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL1-, TNF-and IL-6

Indicate Process Followed to arrive at the problem statement for which Solution has been developed:

cAMP technology involves the regulation of biofilm formation and virulence gene expression in many pathogenic bacteria. One of the latest signaling nucleotides to be identified is cyclic di-AMP (c-di-AMP), which is the second cyclic dinucleotide shown to be produced by bacteria, after cyclic di-GMP (c-di-GMP). This technology includes discovery of a strain of Mycobacterium comprising an expression vector encoding a di-adenylate cyclase enzyme.
