I had been to an agricultural conference where the then Hon. Agriculture Minister Shri Radha Mohan Singh addressed the problem of animal and bird damage to the crops as national issue. My further discussion with him led me to take up the task of crop protection from animal and birds and we developed the machine that could repel all wild animals and birds.
