Indicate Process Followed to arrive at the problem statement for which Solution has been developed:

Team members from IITB working on Mobile jaggery unit participated in GDC IIT Madras Incubation program (i-Incubate Cohort) Conducted 110+ interviews of possible customers and stakeholders to validate our hypothesis related to mobile jaggery plant. On the basis of the data generated from these interviews, we identified the pain points of jaggery manufacturers and sugarcane farmers. It served as the basis for our problem statement.Problem Statement : Traditional jaggery manufacturing process is labour intensive and drudgery driven as well. The process is unhygenic and dosed with chemicals to impart consumer appealing colour, which has lower value in urban market.Inteviews were conducted in all the major jaggery producing states1) Maharashtra2) Karnataka3) Uttar Pradesh4) Madhya Pradesh5) Kerala6) Chattisgarh7) Andhra Pradesh8) Punjab
