Unique Features Of The Solution/equipment - How Is It Different Than What Is Available In The Market:

RCC roof or traditional jack-arch roofs are costly due to high requirement of material and labor. Small size reinforced jack arch panel (51 x 48 cm 2) are prefabricated with brick and cement mortar over a humped platform and later one over the another. The partially precast RCC joists are made on a leveled platform using reinforcement as per design. The jack arch panels are supported on RCC joists and haunches filled with cement concrete (M:15) to level the top surface. Use of shuttering is eliminated. The system effects 35% saving on overall cost of the roof as compared to conventional RCC. The ceiling provides a pleasant aesthetic look.
