Unique Features Of The Solution/equipment - How Is It Different Than What Is Available In The Market:

A small cement mortar container is constructed as attachment to the well for chlorination of the water. The chlorine solution is fed by gravity through a special dropper in the outlet tube. Before starting the chlorinator, sufficient quantity of bleaching powder is added to the well water to meet its initial chlorine demand which is generally 0.5 to 1.5 ppm. Bleaching solution in 1% concentration is kept overnight for settling. The supernatant is used for charging the chlorinator.
